    Starting his career in startup sales in 2017, he fell in love with recruitment in 2019 and hasn't looked back.

    In 2020, David decided to create Pronto Search to change the tech industry's perspective on recruitment and recruiters.

    In his free time, he enjoys long motorbike rides, hiking the alpine region in Victoria and playing guitar.

    Josh started his career in sales at age 16, selling google reviews to local businesses. He comes from an entrepreneurial background and has the trades and sales in his blood.
